Online payments: Stripe's processing fee plus a 1% platform fee per payment, deducted before your payout.
Why not just use a spend management platform?
Need corporate cards, card feeds and a procurement workflow? Buy a platform. Need the claim filed right, approved and paid back without a per-seat bill? That is the product.
Platform pricing, for the record: Zoho Expense Standard is $4 per user per month billed monthly and Premium is $6 per user per month billed monthly, with a free plan capped at 3 users (zoho.com/us/expense/pricing, retrieved 2026-09-02). PerDiemDesk Pro is $4 per month for the whole team, and the free tools have no user cap because they need no account.
